Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our website and shop with us. This statement describes how accessible nonpluscomponents.com is and constitutes the information pursuant to § 14 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) in conjunction with Annex 3.

Our offer

nonpluscomponents.com is an online shop for bicycle hubs, wheelsets, spare parts and accessories. You can configure, order and pay for products, maintain a customer account and reach us via forms, email and phone.

What we implement

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and the harmonised standard EN 301 549.

• Colour contrast for text and controls according to WCAG 2.2 AA, including in dark mode.
• Fully operable by keyboard with visible focus.
• “Skip to content” link at the top of the page.
• Clear heading structure, landmarks and labelled form fields.
• Alt texts for product images and graphics.
• Scalable text up to 200 % without loss of content, responsive layout for all screen sizes.
• Animations are used sparingly and respect the “reduce motion” system setting.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with the requirements. The following areas are not yet fully accessible:

• Some product images do not yet have meaningful alt texts.
• Older PDF documents (manuals, data sheets) are not prepared for accessibility.
• Embedded third-party content, for example the Instagram feed, is beyond our control.

We are working on fixing these points. Until then, we’re happy to help you by email or phone, including with orders.
